So what's the difference? What to they mean?
WHITE LINES
Broken White Line: You may change the lane if it's safe to do so.
Solid White Line: You must stay within the lane.
YELLOW LINES
They mark the center of a two-way road made for two-way traffic.
Solid Yellow Lane: No passing. You cannot go beyond the yellow solid line.
Broken Yellow Lane: You may pass on the two-way road if it is safe to do so.
